The room was larger than expected and

well equipped with multiple power sockets, including USB ports at each bed. The hotel boasts a great location, just across from a mall and within walking distance of eateries and convenience stores. However, seating space was a bit limited due to our luggage.

Room size exceeded expectations

Spacious triple room with three full-size beds and clean facilities. Good bathroom layout with fresh toiletries provided daily.

The automated parking system adds extra time for drop-offs and pick-ups, making it less convenient. The daily supply bags left outside were unnecessary, and the toilet sometimes had a strong odor if not cleaned regularly. Plus, the lack of anti-slip material in the bathtub made showering a bit risky, and the breakfast offerings could use some variety rather than the same options every day.

Consider requesting a room on a higher floor for better views of the city, particularly at sunrise.

The breakfast buffet offered an impressive array of delicious options, including fresh tempura and roast beef, while showcasing beautiful views over Morioka.

The lack of an opening window in the room felt a bit claustrophobic, which might not be ideal for guests sensitive to enclosed spaces.

Couldn't recommend more for an overnight stay

Comfortable queen bed, strong shower, with a spacious lobby that made check-in easy, and a convenient location just a short walk from the Tohoku Shinkansen station.

Couple’s cozy hideaway

The location was central, not far from the station and not far from restaurants, which made late night snacks easy for us,, and the lobby was spacious and welcoming. The shower was strong and soothing,, I could spend a while just letting that water wash the day away.

It wasn’t exactly cheap,, but it’s still acceptable for what we got.

i had a lovely stay at art hotel. it's my third time in japan, and the breakfast was the best i've ever had here. the location was fantastic, just a short walk to the station and plenty of restaurants around.

the elevators sometimes had long wait times.

We loved the central location. it was just a short walk from the station, surrounded by numerous restaurants and shops. The staff was incredibly helpful, allowing us to check in early and store our luggage after checkout. The breakfast options were delightful, offering a great variety to choose from.

We did notice some noise from the upper levels, which could be a little distracting at times.

The room was surprisingly spacious for three people, with three full-size single beds. It was also super clean and had all the basics we needed. The pillows weren’t the best though, kinda flat and uncomfortable. Location was decent. about a 10-minute walk from the station. Staff did their best with English and were really nice. Overall, the room was good for what we paid, but the pillows could use some work.

I loved enjoying the amazing view over Morioka and the mountains during breakfast, and that buffet was seriously delicious with tempura and mini roast beef on offer! There were nice relaxation spots around, perfect for unwinding after a day of sightseeing. The only downside was that the bathroom needed a bit more attention, but it didn’t take away from the overall experience. 😊
